Cancellations
Understandably, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I ask that you kindly give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment, so that I may give that time to someone else. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me directly by phone at 207-229-4722. You may also reach out via email at Michelle@innerbalancebodywork.com, or make the changes yourself through my online booking site. Cancelling or rescheduling inside of 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. The card you provide at the time of booking will be charged.
No-Shows
A "no-show" occurs when a client misses a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. If you are more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time without contacting the office, you will be deemed a no-show, and you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked. The card you provide at the time of booking will be charged. Repeated no-shows may be subject to prepayment for any future appointments, or termination of any further service.
Late Arrivals
Occasional delays can happen. However, arriving excessively late impacts other scheduled clients. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please contact me immediately at 207-229-4722. I will do my best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your session may be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the time commitments of subsequent clients. Full charge for the scheduled service will still be applied to shortened or rescheduled appointments.
In cases of emergencies, illnesses, or severe weather conditions, I understand that cancellations or rescheduling may be necessary. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. I reserve the right to make exceptions to the cancellation and no-show policy on a case-by-case basis.
