Welcome, Spring

The cold temperatures have finally subsided and after a couple of weeks of rainy weather, the spring green is here! As we emerge from another winter season, it also looks as though we are at last emerging from a long pandemic season, with the state of national emergency coming to an end.

What does this mean here at the office? I no longer require my clients to be masked. I know that many businesses relaxed their policy on masking some time ago, but given the nature of my work and the time we spend together in close proximity, I asked clients to keep masked while on the table through the winter not only to avoid possible covid-19 exposure, but also to mitigate the spread of colds and flu. Now, with the change of seasons, masking is completely optional.

Please bear in mind, that while many have been comfortable maskless for a while now, I do still have clients who prefer to wear one, and that is perfectly okay. I will always have masks available if needed. As well, I will continue to be masked while I am working at the table, although now when I am at my desk and we are having our intake conversation, you will be able to see my face.

And of course, I will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness when it comes to my office—that means cleaning with hospital-grade cleaners between clients, running air filters to keep allergens and pollutants out of the air, and handling all linens in a sanitary manner.

As difficult as the past three years may have been for everyone, I am personally grateful for the kindness and understanding that we’ve been able to show one another, and I look forward to working together to keep your body in balance.
